Clubhouse Rental

The clubhouse is available for members to host private parties and events.

To reserve the clubhouse, please complete the Clubhouse Rental Agreement.

The pool association hosts several annual events for members and for the neighborhood:

One access card per household
Two adults, their children, and up to two additional guests (adults or children) per household; all guests must be accompanied by a member
Full use of pool, hot tub, grill and restrooms during normal business hours
Access to clubhouse when not reserved for a private event
Facility open 365 days a year
Exclusive access to member-only events such as Independence Day party, Splash Day, and Dive-in Movie Nights

New Members:
$850 (includes a one-time $500 initiation fee and a $350 annual fee)

Returning Members:
$350 (annual fee)

Members and their guests must abide by the Association Rules in order to maintain access to the facilities
Failure to abide by the Rules may result in adverse action, including but not limited to, non-refundable suspension and/or termination of Membership.
