Clubhouse – Currently Closed due to COVID-19 Restrictions.
The clubhouse is available to members for private parties and events. Cost is $175 plus a refundable $175 deposit for four hours and up to 25 guests. Please note that out of consideration for all members, we are not allowing the clubhouse to be rented for 2 consecutive days on weekends (Friday – Sunday).
Please see calendar for available dates. To reserve, email bryanplacepoolassociation@gmail.com for an agreement and to set up payment.

Membership is Now Open!
We are now accepting new member applications for the 2021-22 season.
New Members – $800
- Includes one-time $500 initiation fee, plus $300 yearly membership fee.
- One access card per household.
- Up to four guests per household at the pool at one time. Guests must be accompanied by the member.
- Full use of the pool, hot tub & restrooms during normal business hours.
- Access to the pool house when not reserved for a private event.
Returning Members – $300
- Includes access card for the household.
- Up to four guests.
- Full use of the pool, hot tub, & restrooms during normal business hours.
- Use of pool house when not reserved for a private event.
- Facility open 365 days of the year.
To join, please read and fill out the Membership agreement and include with your payment. Payment can be made via credit card by emailing BryanPlacePoolAssociation and requesting a digital invoice. You can also drop off or mail a check to 3030 Adolph St. Dallas, TX 75204.
